   I just had a very unpleasant experience at this store at around 17:30. I was using the self-checkout, and because the product I purchased shown some barcode issues, I was waiting for staff assistance. However, while I was waiting, the cashier spoke to me in a very unfriendly and disrespectful manner, saying “I’m serving” in a dismissive tone, and then made further inappropriate comments that felt personal and offensive. This kind of language and attitude is completely unacceptable for me as a customer. I did nothing wrong and was simply following the store’s checkout process. Fortunately, a security staff member helped me complete the payment, without needing assistance from that cashier. I am very disappointed by the lack of basic respect shown by the cashier but thank a lot for the friendly security member. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training on customer service.

   Arrived at 10:55 to grab some milk before they close and they refused to let me in. I shop at this site regularly and found this to be a disservice to a loyal customer. They should close at the time advertised, not when they feel like it. Unacceptable.

   Great store. Only problem is there’s no way to contact store. Please supply olio with a store number for squad captains. Too many Olio’s imposters claiming to be fwh from olio. Staff need to check ids and maybe also driving licence seeings most drive to the store. Imposing as they’re from olio is theft. Olio is supposed to help those who request from a fwh, not the fwh steal all the items. So sad

   Nearly a pound more expensive than tesco Eastgate on one item ,only because staff at Eastgate garage are encapable of restocking even though there not to largest warehouse, disgusting performance and nearly cost 9 bucks clean air zone to get one item. Shocking

   Absolutly useless. The shop was meant to open at 6am, o waited until 6.05 but as I needed to get a bus I had to leave. The ladies were just faffing around jn the shop looking like they were just buying their own food.

   Strange atmosphere, disengaged staff. I don't know, just all feels a bit soulless. There are plenty of other providers in the immediate vicinity, so I don't think I'll be bothering to go there again.

   The staff are amazing but Tesco understaffs this shop really badly. They have to close the shop for periods of time when they have deliveries in the morning (had to wait 20 mins this morning) because there aren’t enough staff to look after the shop and sort things with the delivery people. Sort it out Tesco.
