    terrible service - firstly the order was incomplete and the food was cold and in-edible. it took over an hour to be delivered - phoned customer service and they said that they would call us back within 48 hours !!- we only ordered a hamburger fries and half a califlower (which never arrived) and this cost over Β£130 - dreadful rip off - not recommended

    Disappointing. We ordered pizza from Homeslice. The wrong order was delivered. Our driver took this away and another driver returned with the correct delivery. I suspect that this had been driven some way across London as it was stone cold. I emailed Supper with my feedback immediately and was told that someone would be in touch in 72 hours. They were not.     We had delivery from Hideaway by this terrible company. Food arrived freezing cold especially pizza, they didn't have thermo bags for food like other delivery companies. The order took much longer than it said. the food did not have any seal sticker so we don't know if it was opened or not...The food was all like a mess.... Order 1719114

    As a busy college student, supper has saved my life! I can easily order delicious food with only a few taps on the app while still getting work done. Food is always served hot and fresh, and deliveries are always on schedule. I can experience luxury even on a student budget because of Supper.

    Update: Contacted by SUPPER with a full rectification and apology. I'll be giving them another chance based on this. Experience quite frankly couldn't have been any worse. Delivered a day early through a system fault and as a result was left on the pavement by the driver. Kindly redelivered the correct day but even this was an hour late, at which point the occasion was over and guests left.
