It's ok the prices are in my opinion the same as everywhere else now it's not a big store but has most things. The hot food counter is great. The staff are friendly and helpful also. Wheelchair access is great wide isles plenty of disabled parking and a disabled loo.

Great offers on dog food today in asda. 40 pouches of winalot grain free dog food for under £13! Also a great selection in reduced parts. Claire, who was helping at the self service checkout, was especially great and went and got me a trolley for my unexpected big shop I was carrying. Thank you, Claire! Your kindness doesn't go unnoticed :)

Of late, Asda seems to be stocking fewer of the products I want, which may be dictated by head office. They no longer stock Hovis bread, mandarin yoghurt (Village dairies), large bags of Taylors italian coffee beans, Gourmet cat food (in jelly), 2 pints milk (semi-skimmed) always out of stock (elderly people struggle with 4pints), and their packs of mince now seem to be vacuum packed/compressed so that it takes 30 minutes to break it down otherwise you get big lumps, and they only stock small packs of Tilda Basmati rice . Sorry, the staff are helpful and friendly, but unless you stock what I want I shall have to look elsewhere.

At the Asda Supermarket in Caldicot, the staff shine brightly with their exceptional friendliness and remarkable helpfulness, creating a welcoming shopping environment. However, the store's product range falls short, particularly for health-conscious customers seeking diverse and nutritious options. While the team is incredibly supportive, the produce selection appears limited and seems tailored more to local consumption patterns rather than offering a comprehensive range of healthy eating choices. Despite this drawback, the store maintains a pleasant atmosphere, with staff members who go above and beyond to assist customers, even if the shelves don't always reflect the most extensive variety of health-focused products. Shoppers looking for a wide array of nutritious items might find themselves slightly disappointed, but can still appreciate the warm and attentive service provided by the Caldicot Asda team.

Exactly what's required. Not a HUGE supermarket but stocks a really good selection whilst having lots of parking. Easy to navigate to and staff are friendly

Diabolical customer service Waited over 20 minutes for click and collect- spoke to a couple of members of staff all you get is - “ I’m not on that” Eventually spoke to the general manager and 5 minutes later a female member of staff appeared with her first words being “you so say reckon you’ve been waiting 20 minutes- not true” oh yes that’s right I just decided to lie !!! Then she muttered something about the machine not working - funny how you brought the right order out though! If I had an option other than using this store for click and collect I would Rude staff Bad customer service

Clean, organized, and good prices! Plus they have chargers for EVs! Bonus! Competitive prices vs ALDI or LIDL. Use the ASDA app for discounts and save even more!

We normally use this Asda as it's the closest for us. We often choose to travel further afield as this one never seems to have many options available. The options they do have are normally out of stock or the use by dates are extremely short! The car park always has plenty of space available so I can't fault that!
