Love Home Bargains always something a bit different from other supermarkets. Huge choice of seasonal products. Great range of sweets and chocolates that you do not see in other shops. Art and craft products, toys and garden products. Spoilt for choice really and fantastic prices.
I shop here often, as it’s my local home bargains today I was served by a much older man who’s name was JOHN. who was VERY sarcastic & belittling. I did not appreciate being spoken down to as I was. His sarcasm was uncalled for, along with the ageism. I think the store should seriously rethink who they have at the face of their shop. Vile attitude from a full grown man, to a younger woman. I will not be returning.
Manager Jo went out of his way to help locate a replacement Bubble Mower which was broken. He picked one up from Weston and brought it to Portishead store. So grateful and he is an asset to Home Bargains. Rare to find helpful , nice assistants these days. Thank you Jo
rude sarcastic staff, the guy behind the till scanned products and chucked them down. sarcastic comments were made about challenging for ID. understandable that he was doing his job, but no need for the sarcasm or rudeness. will not be returning, and i would rather travel further to a different home bargains.
Great selection of stock and a lovely clean place, typical Home Bargains prices and a pleasure to visit
Cheap place to shop, staff were polite but had little knowledge of what stock the shop sold and I was very disappointed by there being no Disabled Parking Spaces in front of the shops entrance

Great went into grab pepper pig for the granddaughters birthday,good selection of products.friendly staff plenty of parking.
