I sent a parcel from Derby to St Petersburg, from start to finish it was handled professionally. Picked up by ups and taken to the main depot in London, there was a slight error in the weight and I was contacted, ukay express sorted out this problem and sent it on its way, we could track it on the Russian postal system till it arrived in St Petersburg. Compared to the German system using DHL it was about the same time in transit. If. I need to send another parcel from the UK. I would highly recommend them. Thank you

This is first time i'm using UkayExpress, the site is easy to use, the prices are really good. For those who are interested about delay, here is my exemple, i'm in France and i wanted to send package to Russia. From my house to UkayExpress Warehouse : it took 7 days. Then from UkayExpress warehouse to Russia : it took 3 days Then From Russian Center to my Russian Recipient : It took 5 days So all the process takes around 2 weeks, which is really fast considering the current situation. I recommend using UkayExpress and i will surely use it alot of times

Prompt service, all parcels delivered in an acceptable time frame, BUT a little advice,just ensure that you DO NOT go even a "few grams" over the weight stated,otherwise they charge you into the next weight payment, and then it becomes expensive. but o really I'm quite please
