   Rude staff! Saturday 20th December at 1 pm. Having been ignored by the lady at customer services counter. She saw me waiting under the customer services sign, having been pointed to go there by the miserable security guard, she continued serving new customers in line wanting cigarettes. I shouted up and was initially ignored. After waiting some time I got to see her and asked if anyone had handed a phone in. She obviously wasn’t happy with me and despite my phone case having my drivers license with my photo she still was reluctant to give it to me without wanting my date of birth too. I usually don’t leave negative reviews preferring only to make the effort to review on positive experiences however between the rude security man & the narky customer services lady I will now never shop in Morrisons in Chippenham ever again! I would assume that anyone working on a customer services section would have training in providing adequate customer care.

   Had a great experience in a supermarket for once. Young lady on the tills.. Julie.. Juliet.. I cant quite remember her name but a manager said she was a new starter. Anyway she was the by far the politest, helpful and welcoming shop worker I've come across in a long time. She waited patiently for us to unload our shopping, engaged in conversation and asked if we were able to find everything okay today, and even offered to help pack which I though was a part of customer service that had been lost. I did leave good praise with a manager but im leaving this here too because I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. It was a nice change to encounter someone who really tried to excel even just by working on checkouts.

   Fairly quiet, found everything I needed, better selection of things than Tesco!! Probably do with some more staff on, only 3 small trolleys in the bay outside the store and shelves a bit sparse in places but overall it was good.

   I went to the bakery this afternoon to grab a salt and pepper baguette. Which I literally love, little to be told that they haven’t made them in a while. It was a middle aged gentleman, with silver/white hair. He was very helpful and told me that they do make them in a pack of rolls and a bloomer as well. Obviously I grabbed the rolls and they are delicious!! Thank you sir for making my afternoon, I know Sundays aren’t easy at work.

   Spacious and inviting...also super warm. Cafè excellent with courteous staff (especially a gentleman who wears glasses) Great choice Floor staff willing to go extra mile to help (especially a female with blond/pink hair colouring, loved it)

   An okay store, but lacks directional flow, produce is rarely restocked effectively with large trolleys in place around the store. Some staff are outstanding and no where products are and will go out of your way to assist. The store needs to look at its neighbours in town to see how they do it. I know that walking into this store I'll be disappointed that I can't find what I'm looking for

   Never enough staff . All self check outs with no one to help. The staff they do have are rude apart from a couple who are nice . Last visit someone that worked for the pharmacy was parked across 4 child and parent spaces just to eat there lunch. So rude and unnecessary! My least favourite supermarket to visit in chippenham.

   Hello Been many times to this store on average its ok but often can't get the items I want which is (Bavarian lager %) l always have to ask if any in the stock room which often it is but today I was told that no staff available to check if there was any , I normally do my weekly shop in that store (coming from Calne) but if I can't get that specific item along with the rest of my shopping I am afraid I'll go to my local tesco . Regards

   Went to morrisons on Thursday app says 7am breakfast but supervisor wasn't the best told us 8am no apology. But saying that the guy that was setting breakfast items up was brilliant explained the situation and said he would start the breakfast straight away very well done to you. Unfortunately never took his name how sorted the mix up outstanding good customer service thank you.
