Extremely slow service from male worker, greying hair, who appears to hate his job and hate customers more. No such thing as customer service - asking for a couple of stamps appears to be an inconvenience. Rude, abrupt and intentionally slow. Sadly not the first time I’ve witnessed this from this worker.
Just watched one of the staff operating the post office using an incredibly aggressive tone with an elderly lady who was struggling with a parcel. Same staff member every time, its an older chap with a central European accent. The lady was quite shaken when she left just after me, I did stop to make sure she was okay - the staff didn't seem to care.
Been here a few times now, I was looking for the nearest shop to my hotel and became intrigued by the negative reviews. I actually found the staff to be quite pleasant and helpful. That's been my experience anyway.
Awful delivery ethics; consistently intentionally removes items in order to retain small order fee. Arrives very late. Blocks number of customers. Don't shop with this unscrupulous deceitful mob.
Zero stars for this place. Customer service is an absolute disgrace. The woman behind the counter is always extremely unpleasant to say the least. Today she went beyond being rude, shouting, screaming (to me and other two customers) and made one of the customers cry. I have contacted head office because this can not continue. I have no idea how someone with this kind of attitude got a job in customer facing role. I'd rather drive across the city to another post office than set my foot in this establishment again. No more shopping at McColl's either.
Shame not 0 star option. Everytime I have been in a shop with my tiny pup they are quite happy for him to be under my arm or in my bag not causing a problem or touching anything while I grab a drink. This lady was a sour old trout who was a rude cow. Never had this problem Ever. Go to londis !!!
