   Been using this shop for a couple of years. So convenient, good prices, better than the Spar in many! Small shop that always had what I've been looking for. Staff always pleasant and helpful, and the shop being open late 7 days a week has always been appreciated when needed. I'm leaving Bath so thought I'd leave this review. Thanks for everything!

   Never use this place for a Click and Collect delivery. I have had two eBay parcels lost even though they are listed on the eBay drop down as offering the service. The Royal Mail tracking number showed parcel was "Refused", so I went to the shop to try and get an explanation. The man at the counter said he will only accept Collect+ by Yodel, no other delivery service, because this is the only one which pays him commission. He was rude and unpleasant. I have escalated this with eBay. Local stores usually want customers, this one actively discourages them, I shall oblige by never going there again. Suggest everyone else follows suit.
