   MCcoll's has closed down. There is new premises there now (Morrisons). What is the point of being able to update the map with new information if you then keep ignoring me and telling me it can't be verified it's a McColl's that business has closed down it's under new ownership (Morrisons) supermarket. That is why I uploaded new pictures and yet you keep showing the old ones McCall's no not McCall's (Morrisons) how many more times ?

   Just wanted to say how polite the shops assistance were when I went in today… both smiling and Wendy was extremely helpful on the post office. The shop always looks tidy when Wendy and George are there, I hope they both have a lovely new year Xx

   All the staff in here look like they hate their lives but I don't blame them as its a depressing shop. One thing that I hate is the staff on the till wearing bluetooth headsets and having a conversation with their buddies over the radio whilst not even acknowledging you

   A few young guys on shift in the evening and friendly, have good customer service. The oldies are a nightmare, I only went in for a loaf of bread and first considered leaning over the checkout to pay for it myself, then shouted hello, followed by considering walking out with my loaf of bread and paying later when the staff are back from the stock room, the women actually watched me walk to the till and walked off. I was waiting ages. Would be interesting to know if a majority of thefts occur when they are working.

   Their paypoint machine has been faulty for years! The staff keep blaming my electricity top up key and keep telling me to get a new one But it works fine everywhere else. I now have to walk to Pulteney Bridge to get a top up rather than 200 yards because McColl's can't sort out a working machine and the staff have been ignorant! Totally ignorant. Still the same 1 year later!
