   Attempted to drop off a parcel for FedEx delivery at 3.45 p.m. on a Saturday. The shop was closed with a sign on the door stating that it was shut to receive a delivery. Morrisons is a company large enough to employ sufficient staff to ensure that they don't have to shut to receive deliveries. The company won't care because people will always keep going there

   Morrisons , Cranleigh court Yate , have the best staff and high levels of customer service , they are always kind , friendly and happy to help , they have such a wide range of stock for such a little store and even if they don’t have what you need they go above and behind to find out where you can get it from, they work very hard to maintain stock levels and keep up with shop tidiness and cleanliness. Well done team and keep up the great work for the community and the company.

   Not only are the shelves not offering variety, but not offering much at all. Staff are polite, and accommodating, but all are ok to begin with, but after a few weeks, look like stepford wives... Something wrong in that building. Prices high, but worst of all, pay point doesn't always work, and that is huge! This shop is dismal and depressed me!

   The prices are getting ridiculous now, £2 for a small bottle of coke?! Service stations don't charge that much! I only left working for this company a year ago and I can't believe how much your charging people for your products. Only good thing about mccolls is they have a paypoint service and the fact that all the staff are lovely.

   First thing to hit you when you walk in is the smell of dead rats. The building is unstable and the lights no longer work in the sockroom and the back of the shop. Forcing the staff to use phones/torches so they can see, which McColls haven't provided for them?! The ice cream freezer doesn't work also. If I didn't know any better id say McColls really doesn't care about this store! How do you expect the staff to do their job if you can't even provide a decent building?! Won't be coming in again unless I have too.

   Standard Mc Coll's Off Licence with a free withdrawal Cash Machine. I try to avoid this store and go to a another local convince as the prices are normally higher and the staff can be rude. Would rather finish their cigarette than serve you.
