Best petrol station and shop for miles, easy parking at front and side, co-op store reasonable prices less choices but still well stocked. Friendly staff too.
Well stocked Co-Op, has Supreme Diesel on site and a cash machine.
I had a lovely lady on the till tonight, nearing the end of her shift, and we had a wonderful conversation and it honestly made my day. Thank you anonymous till lady, hope you enjoyed the rest of your evening :)
A friendly local store usually well stocked with essentials. Staff are helpful when you can't find something and will check stores if not on shelf. If there is a queue then the till operator will call for assistance which is pretty quick to come and you soon get served.
I regularly use marksbury co op and garage and have always found the staff courteous and pleasant. I have actually walked in on customers regularly mouthing off to the staff for little things like having to wait for a costa coffee whilst it was being refilled with milk. Absolutely pathetic, if customers give a little thanks and polite words to the staff they would be amazed at how it would be reciprocated, I think it's just called being pleasant, try it sometime!
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I have been here on multiple occasions and each time the staff have been very rude and unhelpful. This is consistent across all staff members I have encountered. Lack of manners and poor customer service. Iām not one to usually complain or go out my way to write a review however feel this is necessary and changes need to be made.
Co-op with Petrol station. Really convenient shop with petrol station attached and coffee machine for weary travellers. The shop is not huge but well stocked with snacks (sandwiches, hot pasties etc) and standard supermarket fayre - it all has a premium price about 10-15% more than you'd expect to pay at other supermarkets. I've edited my review as the customer service level has declined since my last visit. Staff really have no concept of customer or service, very rarely get a 'please' or 'thank you'. One additional word of warning they don't have a customer toilet - which seems odd as it's the perfect place for one and might get them more trade!
