Went in the shop to ask them to adjust my bracelet on my brand new Tissot watch ( bought online, directly from tissot.com and I have been refused because I didn't bought the watch from their shop! If anyone from this renouned brand will see this review, please reconsider the status of this shop, because they are a disgrace to the brand....calling themselves authorised service shop...joke!

I won’t be wasting my time with a long post. I feel I wasted enough hours on the phone to this company. All I would say is be very careful when purchasing from this branch/company. Months after my wedding and purchase of my wedding ring they contacted me to ask me to pay the ‘remaining balance’ I was completely blindsided by this as my ring was paid in full upon collection, when I then in return started to dig deeper and ask the company questions as to why they had called me up months later asking for money I had already handed over I was continually fobbed off and told that the till/computer was showing that my ring wasn’t paid for!! I asked them to check the cctv of two members of staff counting my payment to check it and was ignored. I spent hours on the phone to them, and also popped into the branch to push for answers, usually with someone new and having to go over it all again with no resolution, response or reason for why this happened. I was able to tell them who served me and when. Funnily enough you would think if they really thought I had my ring without paying that I would have received something other than a call from the branch! Be wary, someone has stolen money. It certainly wasn’t me who walked out the store with a diamond wedding band that was not paid for!!! Horrendous customer service and horrible experience.

Bought a Hamilton watch on Friday from Glasgow Fort branch. It was the day most of the internet was down so they said they would register the 2 year manufacturer warranty the next day - I asked them to phone me to confirm it was registered. I noticed when I was leaving that the wrong watch model was on the receipt, so I went straight back in for them to rectify it (as this could hinder selling the watch or dealing with any issues in store without proper proof of purchase). Saturday passed with no phone call confirmation about the warranty. Still nothing by Wednesday so went back into the store. No apology for the missed phone call, then had to wait a while just to be told it wasn't working on the Hamilton website but they've emailed them and they'd sort it. Again, asked for phone call confirmation when it was done. Leaving a bit frustrated I went on Hamiltons website to see if I could register the watch myself, and noticed that they state the warranty wasn't valid till the warranty card was stamped by the authorised dealer and filled out correctly. I checked the box and there was the blank warranty card - at no point was I told to return to the store with this so there was never any plan for them to fill it out leaving me with no warranty in Hamiltons terms. By this point the store had made a few mistakes that could have left me with no proof of purchase and no warranty if I wasn't chasing all these issues up, so I went in the next day asking for a refund. Got some lines like 'sorry you feel that way' & 'don't interrupt me', and that they had registered it online and Whatsapp'd me (I don't have Whatsapp and I'd told them to phone) before having to wait for them to get through to their regional manager on the phone as they 'don't do refunds', who could only offer to fill out the warranty card now and a free service, no refund. I was able to show them the exact part on the Hamilton Warranty T&C's and hold up the blank warranty card while being told over and over that I did have a warranty when I had proven in black & white that I hadn't and had been mis sold. I had wasted enough time and blood pressure by this point that it was going to cause me less stress long term to not have to deal with citizens advice and their head office directly, so I let them fill out the warranty card and left unhappy without a refund (I still believe I was mis sold the watch with no valid warranty at this point in time). If you value your time and your stress levels I recommend you shop elsewhere. The way I was spoken to, the errors by the store I had to spend my own time chasing up multiple times, and the flat out denial that I had been mis sold the watch with no valid warranty when I shown proof - just to avoid giving me a refund is completely out of order. Find another store that doesn't treat their customers like garbage after they have your money.

Having had a poor experience at this branch in December 2020 it was with trepidation that my fiance and I went in to look at wedding bands. The person with whom we dealt was Lauren and she was unbelievably good - nothing was too much trouble for her and she spent hours helping us pick our wedding bands, even going as far as to help me get one I liked that had been discontinued specially made. I would not hesitate to recommend this branch and Lauren in particular to anyone looking to buy any jewellery. I also work in retail and it's because of people like Lauren that I continue to shop in store rather than online - a truly personal experience.

I popped in to buy a watch for my husband's birthday. I was served by the lovely Brian who is also a watch lover and very knowledgeable. Not only did he help me with the purchase of the watch but we had a nice chat along the way - even discovering we once lived in the same town. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I also felt very safe in the current situation with all staff wearing masks and lots of hand gel for staff and customers.

I had went into Chisholm Hunter in the Glasgow Fort to get an engagement ring for my partner, and couldn't fault the service from the off. I had been dealing with John-Paul throughout and couldn't speak highly enough of him. He was very helpful & not too pushy, which made my decision easier. He also followed up with a call to make sure everything went okay, and explained how to go about getting the ring resized. Would highly recommend.

Just bought an new engagement which was a gift from my husband for my 50th birthday. I was in jewellers for an hour as I couldn't make my mind up, Clare especially was fantastic, lots of advice and help on how rings suited my hand. No pushy selling and a genuine honest opinion. I was sent a text when my ring was in store and had also purchased a diamond eternity ring . The quality of diamonds are stunning. All the staff are welcoming, knowledgable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for a first class shopping experience.
