I cannot recommend Jan Allan’s highly enough. We went with the request of making our beloved parents wedding rings into two new bespoke rings. Fiona listened to our needs and designed two magnificent rings which surpassed our expectations. Thank you for such a welcoming, friendly and exceptionally high quality service.
Another great experience with the staff especially Fiona, whom we have had the pleasure of working with for a long time now, the staff are always very friendly and welcoming, we are always made to feel like we’re valued customers. I have lost count on the number of times we have used their services, they are reasonably priced, fairly quick turnaround and more importantly all work is carried out on the premises, no worrying about couriers losing your property. I would highly recommend them and have done so recently to my niece and sister in law who require ring resizing.
Fiona was so helpful and knowledgeable during our appointment. She came up with a way to reuse some diamonds we had left over from a sentimental piece of jewellery. The diamond necklace turned out better than we could have imagined and we would definitely recommend using Jan Allan. My husband also designed my engagement ring with Fiona and it is so beautiful and classic. We will be visiting the shop again and feel like a valued customer.
Brilliant! I was so nervous about getting my wedding rings resized as they were custom made in Ukraine. There was translation issues and they came around 2 sizes too small. They were very quick with the process too and extremely friendly. Due to the materials they were made from they stated that they may oxidise and they would try and fix the colour. I like that they were honest about it. When collecting the rings they were perfect. The sizing was done amazingly and you wouldn't even know they have been resized. Thank you so much! Yous have made my wedding planning so much less stressful!!
