Shannon was so helpful and I managed to get not only an anniversary gift but also a valentines gift. Very thankful and will definitely return to the store!
Absolutely fantastic service when I had a problem with my watch. I hadn't given it enough light and it stopped working. Staff were amazing, charged it overnight, set time and have me it back working perfectly. Highly recommend H Samuel jewellery in East Kilbride. If there's one thing you can't beat it's good service, Amy at the ek store is a prime example of a fantastic employee. Her attitude in-store and over the phone is really hard to come by these days, with a happy to help demeanour and gave a nice personal touch with remembering me as a customer and what I had ordered.An absolute credit to your business you'd be crazy to ever let go! People like this deserve this recognition and rewards 10/10

Went in to look at wedding rings and got completely ignored. Not a hi or hello, let alone someone actually wanting to help us. To make it even worse, other people walked in and got greeted straight away.
