   First off website misleading…why have items listed as “in stock” when your order go direct from other manufacturers. Also item I ordered in big letters says “3-5days delivery”. I chase the order up a week later to be told “it clearly states 3-4weeks”….yeah in small writing at the bottom of the page if you scroll down….so a poor start. I then email the company 2days before due delivery date to a blunt response “You were already informed delivery the 9th so contact me then for an ETA”…..And here we are today I ring the contact “Its defiantly out today I don’t know on which courier” hmmmm “Let me chase it and call you back”….no call so ring again “she went home at 3pm”….then hold for ages and nobody is available “I have sent an urgent email for our team to call you back as soon as someone comes off line”…..1hr 10mins later ring again….obviously peed off by now and receptionist “I am trying to help you”….knows nothing is talking to the boss remotely supposedly. Keeps asking for my mobile so he can call me back, I have already given you a number I am here until 5.30pm…bet nobody calls me back before they shut at 5pm and there are no good when I get home….abysmal company with a misleading website layout which probably causes more problems for there customer services which may explain why the people I have spoke to sound so miserable and are also so rude….avoid

   It is a shame they don’t have minus stars, this Company promised delivery on Monday, spoke to Customer Services who told me it was definitely going to be delivered that day. Spoke to a different person at 5.30 same day who advised me it was never out for delivery and would be with me on Wednesday. Chased on Wednesday to make sure it was out for delivery (same CS person I spoke to initially on Monday) she told me definitely would be delivered but when I reminded her of the fiasco from Monday she advised me that she would check with the driver/courier company. Called me back an hour later telling me to ‘be patient’ but she was waiting for a call back. She called back to confirm it was on a PM delivery and could be delivered anytime up to 6.30pm. Sat here and it has gone 6.30 and what a surprise - no delivery. BE AWARE THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND FRAUDULENT - STAY CLEAR!!

   One star too many, Please beware , purchasing products from this supplier, the product colour chart on the website is inaccurate. Hence when we received our product it was not suitable and when we called the company to return unopened items, the charge was half of the cost, just to return the goods. Shocking customer service, would not recommend , I expected to pay a charge for returning the goods, but at 30% of the purchase price i feel is not acceptable, be warned.

   Awful Products say next day delivery, waited three days no delivery, called multiple times, nobody will speak to you. They advised its on a courier, but have no tracking or no idea which courier. In the end they simply did a refund. Would never use again. Very poor.

   Received no email regarding shipping time at all, completely left in the dark. You cannot get through to them on the phone nor do they get back to you when you leave a voicemail. Queried using online chat who cannot explain why dispatch info was not sent out when it should have been processed yesterday to arrive today. Was then told to contact them if there is any delay in the order arriving. Ridiculous. I've cancelled my order and I'm going to a competitor.

   I can't find any reason to even give 1 star (but i had to give one to post) Appalling service, no confirmation email, item not delivered or any updates given on a delivery time. I suspect they just say something is in stock, when in fact they have to wait for it to be sent on from the supplier. You wait for ever on the phone to speak to someone. Seeing as this was a Christmas present order, i decided to cut my losses and cancel the order. No apologies offered from Office Supermarket either. Let's hope the refund arrives.. AVOID at all costs!

   Avoid. Bought a desk which was marked in stock and next day delivery, arrived a week later. Poor quality on top, missing screws, had to finish off the desk myself with brackets and proper inserts to make it stable. Bought a whiteboard marked for 3 to 5 days delivery. After 2 weeks I had to start contacting their customer support to get a refund as they could not tell me when it would be delivered: this took a further 2 weeks. I doubt they hold much stock, and is mostly a reselling operation. Not worth the hassle.
