   I hate going to this particular morrisons. They always run out of products, staff cannot be bothered, shop doesn't look very clean, staff hang outside smoking and chatting to each other. Really unprofessional attitude in the store. Not a shop I would recommend .. I tell people to drive to the other shops for anything they need. this shop is run down and requires refurbishment and new staff with somewhat of an education. This is actually the worst shop in withywood!

   Be prepared to queue for at least an hour and be subjected to the details of the staffs personal lives while you wait for them to stop chatting as if they are in the pub rather than at work. Don’t bother with the post office - the staff can never be bothered to open the it which means if you post a parcel it likely won’t get picked up for a week, and if you need to collect a parcel you will spend your life going there to be told it’ll be “open in an hour”. Go back in an hour and they’ll tell you to come back in another hour. After five trips they’ll tell you tomorrow. They have post office staff there they just don’t want to open the till. If you ask them for their post office opening hours they will tell you 6am to 10pm but in reality you’ll be lucky to find it open an hour a day (which hour is anyone’s guess).

   The shop is dirty, disorganised, inefficiently run, and they pretty much always close before the actual closing time. Attached is the photo from 9:50 on a Wednesday while the shop is supposed to be open till 10:00. Ridiculous.

   Staff prefer to be outside smoking, they close when they want, the post office don't even have stamps, they don't answer the phone when trying to make a P.O. enquiry, they close the shop for EVERY delivery and the shop looks dirty and scruffy inside and out!! Not even worth the 1 star.

   Absoulute rubbish three to four staff there but only one will get on the tills even when que is massive. They shut when they want and post office always seem to be shut after 3 o clock

   Staff was always rude and or miserable but I was never too bothered by it Last time I came tho, I went to the post office with a large letter to send and the girl at the till didn’t even bother putting it through the checker for letter sizes properly, and charged me for a full parcel. I only noticed after I checked the receipt, as she kept mumbling random words when I was talking to her. If you’re looking for a post office, don’t come here.

   I went in to this store at 2.30pm on Monday 25th January 2021, just for some snacks and a meal deal, I picked up my sandwich and snack for my meal deal but I was a bit confused as the small Volvic water had a drinks sticker by it but I wanted the big drink so I asked a employee for some help and clarification and she looked at me as I asked her and she completely ignored me and turned round and kept talking to her colleague so I needed to ask the young girl on the till I believe her name was shay, this shouldn’t of happened can the person I originally asked be more rude Can someone please explain to me how this is acceptable! I have also sent a email to head office as I will not let this go

   Great little local shop very helpful it being there staff's nice and polite also local post office inside so great for sending parcels and letters very convenient prices fair for small shop wheel chair access and small car park on side
