   Just visiting Bristol we took a stroll down Gloucester Road and stopped here for juice. The juice was made freshly in front of us using produce from the shop. As we were paying I noticed a jar of plump looking dates on the counter (my fave) and asked if I could buy one, the owner gave us both a date with no charge which was really kind.

   Can never get nice produce here. Always rank and rotten on the inside. All the veg shops in the area are the same. All owned by the same people, all really bad quality and overpriced.

   This place has just had a refurb and it's fantastic! A lovely environment with fantastic quality fruit and veg and a variety of other food. There are a lot of great greengrocers on Gloucester Road, but this one stands out.

   The man who runs this place will scam you if you want to work there. He says you need to “train” for a few hours then gives you no shifts whatsoever. Please don’t fall for this like I did.

   £19.99 for a pumpkin! No price labelling just the price on the card machine - I guess so parents with excited children have to buy anyway! Exploitation! I’d rather give the money to charity!

   In the past, 2018, on one occasion I can't remember, which fruit or vegetable but I would place it into a freezer bag, thinking that it would last longer but instead it deteriorated much faster. I,was told that for most things that they would last longer in freezer bags but for this particular item it speeder up deterioration. I, normally buy lemons from them 99% of the time, because despite that it cost £1.50 for 3 lemons. This is because I think that they are excellent value for money and excellent quality. Excellent value because each lemon is probably at least twice the size that any other place sells them, and usually they are excellent quality. The staff are also, friendly, professional and excellent and they have long opening times that are also excellent, just remembered the advantages of the opening times! I have just realized that I have never been rushed when trying to find the correct change. This is why I haven given 5/5.

   such a good greengrocer. The staff are welcoming the produce is spot on. It also pleases me that they sell bags of reduce produce at the front to reduce wastage. there is far too much waste within the food sector so its great to see a small local business trying to keep this to a minimum.
