   Shop Assistant did not listen to my question patiently, therefore incorrect transaction was carried out. I took a letter that sent to me from Swarovski and did not give me back to me, when I called to ask for information on the letter, manager was again impatient to help. I eventually manage to get the membership number, but it was incorrect. Not a good experience with the customer service. Only if staffs are more train to know what they are doing or listen to their customer in full with patience.
