Absolutely blown away with the knowledge Tom has of Whiskey if you want a bottle and your not sure hes your guy (no offence to the other chap he also seemed pleasant enough its just that i dealt with Tom) will deffo buy again from this compnay and cant wait to try different ones suggest to me by Tom thanks again.
My first time visiting, really friendly staff and an amazing selection of whisky, gin & associated gifts/accessories. Definitely worth signing up to become a Member and earn some reward points for discounts!
My daughter and I visited today and the female member of staff was extremely rude. She followed us around the store and when we couldn't find the brand we were seeking, we made to leave. She made a comment about us not buying anything and when I turned to tell her they didn't stock our requirements, she sniggered and was very impolite. We were looking for Glen Grant Single Malt, which we buy when visiting relatives in the Highlands. We won't return to the store and won't be recommending it to our Japanese friends at the University.
My sister and I went to The Whisky Shop in Bath and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. We were helped by Tom who is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he's also genuinely passionate about whiskey. He took the time to chat with my sister and I about the stores history as well as all the perk's. He then helped my little sister buy her first whiskey decanter (an early birthday gift for herself). She was just amazed with the help she got from Tom and how he went above and beyond for her first big purchase in the whiskey game. The selection here is top-notch, from well-known brands to unique, harder-to-find bottles. The store itself is well-organised and has a really welcoming vibe. If you're a whiskey lover—or even just curious to learn more—you have to check this place out. Thanks, Tom, for a great experience!
Very fantastic shop, you can find different kinds of whisky in different and amazing shapes, and you can find other kinds of alcohol drinks like vodka, gin, ... etc. Staff was friendly, located in a good location in front of bath abbey and toot bus station. you will enjoy experience from a specialist shop .
Heaven does exist! Such a wonderful collection of amazing whiskies! Granted, they are very pricey; from £35 to £2,000 - I was totally speechless! However, that is exactly just how good those whiskies are. They also sell gin, tequila, rum, and vodka! For those who appreciate a good whisky, come down to this quiant little shop; what it lacks in size it makes up for quality. You'll never find a fine whisky shop like this!
Amazing selection!
Had the good fortune to visit your shop after finishing the Cotswold Way walk a couple of weeks ago. I was looking for a Scotch made by Glengoyne Distillery near Glasgow. Your employee pointed out this 13 year old single cask bottle. He recommended the best method of tasting it, bubble wrapped it for me to take back to the US. Just opened it. Fantastic! Thank you very much.

Very nice whisky shop worth visiting! Really liked the selection of tiny sample bottles you can buy. Staff seemed knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
