   Very friendly and knowledgeable staff make each visit a success. Great just going in and asking for recommendation. The few times we really didn't like what we were able to exchange. Update: after our fourth or fifth testing evening we have, once again, happily left with a case of wine (some for us, some presents) and a couple of bottles of AMAZING Cotswold cream liqueur.

   Really helpful and knowledgeable staff who don't pressurise you into buying. Lots of opportunities to taste the wines before you buy. I received my own personal wine profile by blind-tasting four white and four red wines. It was great fun.

   Never feel like I'm getting a good deal from Majestic. Prices are very uncompetitive. Staff are nice but that doesn't make up for feeling you're not getting a competitive price.

   Great afternoon spent here as part of a wine and beer tasting session as part of my mini-stag do. Having the Wine Rebel as my best man was a bonus as he talked us through the samples we had on offer and I was able to choose the wine for the top table. Staff we great, very helpful and discounts were offered on our post-tasting purchases. A not-so-obvious fun way to spend an afternoon!

   First time into this shop only because their parking was easier than Tesco - only wanted one bottle but didn't know they work better if you buy in bulk. However the service I received was excellent, she explained how the shop works in an unpatronising manner & asked me what I liked & my budget. I got to sample a wine & in the end got exactly what I'd wanted. Very impressed. Will return!
