As the only supermarket in Yatton until the recent opening of the new Sainsburys store it was the only shop to go to for things you might need. I've never done all my shopping there. It's too expensive and basically a bit old fashioned.

Local store very handy if you need bits and pieces

It's a co-op, nothing out of ordinary. One of the staff members (younger girl with long hair) is a little overbearing on the self checkouts. She was practically on my shoulder watching me and going to touch the screen as I did. I hadn't asked for her help so was a bit perplexed why she started "helping", infact it made me feel rushed. There is a fine balance between being helpful and being annoying. The balance wasn't struck on that occasion.

Nice Co-op shop that sells excellent Somerset brie and Sheppy's cider. Very convenient and friendly. Just be warned if you visit at school start and end times of day the car park and main road are rammed full of parents and their spawn.

Tills never open. Self service tills don’t work efficiently, rude staff, today I was told that the machines always play up when you’re messing around with the bags! I was just trying to put the shopping in bag in a very limited space. I was then told “you know you have to pay for the bags”, yes, I do know that the option for how many bags you have used comes up at the end before payment. I did not appreciate the implication that I wasn’t intending to pay, I am not a thief. I went in the shop in a good mood and came out feeling extremely irritated.

Understaffed and the ones that are there have no customer service skills the days of the customer is always right are long gone , even felt that they had the right to judge my ability to be a parent as I had a harsh opinion on there absolutely shocking customer service!!!

Felt scammed by meal deal. Just been in bought four meal deals . The meal deal with the 2.95 sandwich didn't go through as we had missed a drink. Went back in instead of refunding the sandwich and snack that hadn't been reduced. They got the cheapest snack and sandwich and refunded that 2.55 combined and charged us again for meal deal and drink. 4.00 . Asked if that was correct and they said yes . Left the shop feeling conned as they should have refunded 3.85 and the charged 4.00 for the deal. Check your bill if shopping here. Otherwise ok

My wife did a click and collect today and the team were lovely to her and our 3 kids. Our local (not co-op) shop aren't very friendly, so it's good for our kids to meet some friendly and helpful staff. We'll continue using the Yatton shop. Also very cheap for our family of 5 as we eat a lot of fruit and the 3 for £5 packs are great.

We’ll placed convenience stop. Poor & rude service levels, staff chat to each other on headsets whilst serving you! but a can be a pleasant shop as long as you don’t need to ask for help.

Lovely little supermarket with just about everything you could need. Really friendly and helpful staff, rarely wait to be served, a good amount of self service counters and a few check outs. Not really the place to do a big weekly shop but for a top up shop a few times a week it's perfect. Opening times are great and wide car park. Regular reduced items is great as it shows they try not to waste too much!
