Came here because my usual up the road (opposite the old Iceland) was super busy so thought I’d try it. After one day paint is chipping off and sizes are uneven. I wouldn’t go back. They aren’t rude but aren’t friendly either no conversation or smiles so if you are after a nice atmosphere maybe give here a miss. Price is decent

Had my services done over a week ago, nails started to come off a week a later, when they should last at least 3-4 weeks! Incredibly rude and unfriendly staff and forces you to do shellac rather than normal nail polish so they can charge you more. Had an unpleasant experience all around. Will not be returning. Edit: reply to salons response; Every other salons acrylic last 4 week sometimes even more on my nail bed so your excuse is bull, as for not forcing a customer with shellac if I want normal polish and you say no, it'll be you can't do designs with normal that's forcing to me. When shellac wasnt event a thing 5-10 years ago, how is it all designs were able to be made with normal polish than?! I love how you had no comment on the rudeness of the staff though :)

The salon is decent but the owner, Tee I believe her name is, is super rude!! She does your nails in an aggressive way & then she talks you like she thinks you are beneath her! Was super offended by how she treated me, like she doing me a favor. Will definitely NOT be going back!!

I usually do my own gels but thought I'd treat myself to a gel pedicure for once as I don't always have time to exfoliate and do a 'proper' pedicure. I will say that the staff were friendly and saw me quickly, however, I left pretty disappointed and annoyed I'd bothered to spend money on something I could have done myself. A pedicure should involve at least soaking the feet, cuticle tidying and exfoliating. This took about 10 minutes - the lady did a slight file, no soaking/exfoliating and left my cuticles as they were looking quite uneven and overgrown onto the nail bed. The gel paint is pretty poor and is on my skin on a few of the nails. I think if the 'pedicure' is this basic, customers should be made aware that it just involves the gel, and the price should be slightly lower.

Easy booking, but not the friendliest service, or the most pain-free/delicate service…

Always really good service. I recommend this nail salon highly

Quick booking but not the best service. Nail polish uneven and poor quality

  2. Rozerin Ozbek ★★★★★

Unlike most nail salons, their xl length nails don't break within 2 weeks and actually lasts over 4 weeks. The prices are decent and have a variety of designs. My personal favourite has to be their marble designs!

My go to spot! Service was brilliant as usual. I hadn’t made an appointment but they managed to squeeze me in. They really give you the utmost time and care with your nails and make sure they’re as perfect as possible I’m really indecisive but the girls were patient and gave plenty of suggestions of nail ideas and I loved the outcome!
