Went in for a pedi and Barb. Good customer services but the nails are chipped after only a week. Very disappointed, maybe its time to stop wasting my money and time with these nails shops.
I have been coming here for years now to get my manicures and pedicures and honestly they do it well. The pricing has been reasonable up until recently, they started overcharging me and it’s higher each time i go. If the prices have gone up the price list should at least be updated ? They pack the whole shop to the brim with no proper queuing system in place - tickets should be given out to ensure people are going in the correct order. Service has honestly gone downhill and they don’t seem to care enough to keep the regular loyal customers.
A spontaneous pop in to get my nails done following an interview just over the road. I have never been to this area before. It was the best decision, as my nails are perfect! I cant stop looking at them. Done by a lovely young guy who paid attention to detail. So happy! Had to share! Just wish I wasn't an hour and a half away out of London! Otherwise these would be my nail peeps!
I’ve been coming to this nail bar for years and I have never had a bad experience till my last set. On a Sunday, I had acrylic extensions with shellac and they rushed me through, not curing the layers under the lamp properly. By Thursday morning the thumbs started peeling off. I returned to have them fixed, after phoning and messaging with images but no one replied. I waited an hour and a half, but they did agree to fix them FOC. Sadly, the response I had was quite aggressive, blaming me for not having my hand under the lamp properly. Considering there is only one way you can place your hand under the lamp, I found this a poor excuse. It was very clear they just didn’t leave enough time under the lamp to cure between each layer. I will go back, but I’ll be making sure my hands stay longer than the 20 second ‘speed’ dry. The lady who fixed the nails did a REALLY good job, so I am glad I went back.
i’ve been a regular here for ages but they always overcharge me, telling me the prices on the board are out of date when i can see they’ve only just added the pricing for biab. also they are always in a rush - if you’re a person who doesn’t complain a lot then expect them to do a bad job cause they know they will get away with it. my last visit was so disappointing they’ve literally left my nails looking bulky as hell when i have quite normal nail beds. i now look like i’ve got clubbed thumbs.
Perfect and wonderful. They did my nails exactly how I wanted! I recommend this place. Professional staff takes care of you with precision. Nails are beautiful and strong. Definitely gonna go back when I'm in London again. Thank You
I went to this salon 5 days ago as my normal nail shop went away for the bank holiday. Upon arrival there’s no greeting you are standing waiting. I wanted a pedicure and dip powder on my own natural nails. They said they had a better technique for dip which is stronger and last longer but as seen in my photos 4 nails have chipped. Where I usually go for Nu genesis dip nails also in Walthamstow, I’ve never had a nail chip and it lasts over 4 week. They don’t have a selection of colours for dip powder. I most certainly will not be returning to this place. But I will say the pedicure was fine and would only recommend this service.
First time going, a lovely young man prepped my nails very gently - but I didn't catch his name. He did my nails specifically as as asked with great patience, I felt in good hands. I changed my mind and wanted a design so Vicky took over and she did a fabulous job, honestly, it's so pretty. The price was very reasonable for the level of care.

I have really thin nails from years of acrylics. They take their time here to do my nails gently and always do such a good job. Never using the drill for too long and using good products. The place is clean and staff friendly. Often greeting regulars by name and transparent on their prices which are very reasonable. Attached my most recent set of gels
