I had a bad experience the last time I was there. The man doing my nails did not bother pushing the cuticles, they did not have the colour I wanted and opted for another colour, at the end he did not massage the oil onto the nail. He just applied the nail oil and pointed at the lotion.
The prices are crazily high . Never been charged that high for infill . they discriminate you if they don’t know you and very rude if you ask they to adjust the shape still not the best. Not comfortable to go there anymore after my 5th visit consequently decided better off waste ur money nowhere else
Foxy Nails & Beauty in Epping Forest are great! The staff were friendly and professional and offered me a coffee as soon as I walked through the door, you don't get that at Costa LOL. I then had a lovely manicure and pedicure, I hear their waxing and facial services are good too. Just a bit of a wait time, but overall a solid experience!
Welcoming when I walked in without an appointment. Offered a drink and did everything I asked for. Very friendly and professional. I think I had the boss who did an excellent french manicure. Will definitely be back now I know I can rely on getting good service.
Had an awful experience in here. Came for 1st time, wanting to try a new nail shop local to me after a bad experience in Nail Stories (never had a problem in 10+ years of having nails done and then 2 in a row in the last month!) Needed gel removal on feet & new gels on hands. I had grown out my handnails and asked to keep the length but they were filed down completely (could barely see the white on some of them, not even filed evenly, and now 2 of my nails have split where the top was filed so roughly). Felt sorry for the guy as he looked new, they should train them up properly before letting them do nails, or at least ask if you are ok with a trainee. Left without gel on hands as didn't trust them to do it and explained I wasn't happy, got a half apology and then tried to charge me the full price also!! Definitely wouldn't recommend if you want your nails done properly.

Beats every salon on Epping high street by a mile! I have been going for years and my nails are always perfect! Nikki and Alex are amazing. Would recommend to anyone.

Loved my whole experience! The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere when I was in was like a party -staff and customers having a great old laugh. Most of the customers seem to be long term regulars. My technician was excellent and I got loads of positive comments on my nails. My go to place now.
All the nail techs here are so good .. all perfectionists .. they have the biggest choice of colours I've ever seen and the shop is spotless .. all tools are sterilized in front of you .. you do have to wait a bit but if you make sure you have nothing else planned after .. don't be in a rush just relax then you wont be disappointed. Nikki the owner is lovely & a very good business lady her husband is great as are all the staff . My nails always look perfect & last 3 weeks !!! Longer then anywhere else .... 5 stars x
