The manager was very helpful and friendly. For anyone who is visiting the area this is a great local Smok Vape city Chippenham shop in town. They offer a great selection. I would highly recommend this for you and your friends.

   The guy in the shop is obviously not trained, in the products, he had to keep using his phones camera, while talking to someone else, who was driving. The added fact that two other customers came in after me and got served in the middle of dealing with me. I ended up being in there in excess of 30 minutes, In the end I walked out without a purchase.

   Everytime I go in the shop the boss always gives good advice on vape products on offer. Got vape juice this is the cheapest place. For elf bars there is a huge range and cheap too! Would highly recommend trying these guys out

   Please be aware that this shop sells fake products. I unknowingly bought an elf puff bar 1500 puffs. It didn’t work I scanned the qr code and it came up with imitation product. I went to the puffin hut (3 doors down.) they confirmed my suspicions and stated it was fake/ illegal product. I got a refund from the store and I told the guy his product was fake. He told me it was untrue and he bought it from the official elf bar site. Which isn’t true as you can only legally but 600 puff bars in uk. This is my 2nd time I’ve had unfavourable dealings with this shop. I have reported the issue to trading standard & I suggest other people do the same as this is a massive health risk to the public.
