   First time customer here. The man who helped me was helpful and kind. I knew what I was after when I went in but had because of the extensive and varied range of products, I soon got a bit confised. The man behind the counter came over, greeted me and pointed me in the right direction aswell as letting me know of the discounts I could get if I bought 2 of the same. I find the negative reviews of My Vape Store odd and slanderous. Do people really appreciate a flipping 10% discount of exceptional customer service and an enjoyable shopping experience? For what I was buying, My Vape store was also a lot cheaper than anywhere else including Londis. some people... honestly... Overall, I've not long lived in Bradley stoke and will only be going to this store when I need anything vape related from now on . I'll also just wheel my bike inside because he said that it's perfectly fine after observing me struggle to lock it up to the fence outside hahaha.

   Wouldn’t go anywhere else, corey & all staff in the shop have been very good from the moment I walked in, always up for a laugh and generally really nice people! Not to mention the vape juice is on top form always fully stocked and never disappoint I’m always asking what a certain flavour taste like ect they always help me! Cannot fault this store or the staff at all

   I am hurt and disappointed - I’m going to have to find a new vape store after 8 solid years of loyalty and handing over more than £8000 of my hard earned cash. As I walked through the door today, I was informed by the poor staff who had been left to handle the backlash from customers, that the 10% discount had been stopped, with immediate effect. There had been no email to explain this to loyal customers, no message sent at all., which I find disrespectful by the owner. As a loyal customer, I feel that this move has made My Vape Store just another vape shop, with nothing to make it stand out above other vape shops. It’s clear that my loyalty has meant nothing over the years to the owner, only profit. I sincerely hope that senior management find a way to show their appreciation to those who are loyal, before many people find ways of feeling appreciated elsewhere, as I will be.

   I have been going to this ship for several months to get the coil changed on my vape as I always mess it up, I also dropped and broke the glass and they managed to replace it for me, Frank & Connor are amazing, so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble I would highly recommend them

   Great store! Super helpful staff!, I came in tonight near closing time with a bunch of questions, they answered each one with confidence and helped me understand what I needed, and with a great price too! I love the juices they recommend and feel fully informed about what I should vape as a heavy smoker! I would highly recommend!!!

   Smoking since I was 9 now at 50 I’m swapping from smoking to vaping ,, it’s actually been an easy swap esp with the sugared scrumptious of flavour available and the staff being informative and very helpful,, I’m also disabled and in A large electric chair and I had no trouble getting in around all near to the shop!! And did I mention the staff !??
