   went in to post a parcel on behalf of someone and just caught the absolute worst level of attitude from the old lady with glasses behind the royal mail kiosk. I've had bad days and had to work facing customers but i've never come across someone so outrageously rude for no reason. not a single please or thank you, every sentence accompanied with a sigh and a tut. I asked is this a tracked postage which i thought was a pretty normal question to ask someone a who works at a postage office and my god when i tell you this won SIGHED in pure frustration at me and said in the most sarcastic tone "yeah well it does say track 48 on it". Its not my parcel, i haven't read over all the fine print, a simple yes would've sufficed and i could've looked past the side of eye roll. I half expect this parcel to never arrive and next time i go in im matching her energy. the 2.7* rating makes total sense if anything it's a compliment.

   The service is very bad , I don’t know if it can be worse than this . Some staff members have no clue of what products they have , how to communicate with the customers. They should have more training or just find a different job.

   Customer service was disgusting, ordered some food from just eat and when I called the store to check on the status, the guy rude and just not helpful at all... kept calling me love and acted like he was some superior. Yes I will be complaining to your HO...

   Probably the worst service in Trowbridge which is saying something! The staff are always miserable and take ages to get to the till, probably why I've seen so many people walk out without paying... And i can't blame them!

   Regarding attitude, I shop here often and do most my post errands and most of the time staff are friendly and even very helpful. Yes, sometimes they are more stressed and sometimes there are difficulties with the postal handling, but with some help from other staff everything gets resolved.Possibly the store could be better stocked, but I'm happy the store and post services are so conveniently available close to home, thus saving us car trips. Good for us, good for the environment.

   Poor - rude service from the post office counter today, tone of voice was shocking asking me to wait while she logs on to the system and also talking rudely and aggressively when using the scales. This the Trowbridge store, her name was. Vicky store manager

   I honestly haven't been to such a poorly run shop. Please get your post office removed as none of your staff nor managers can get a package sent the correct way. There's always some reason to why this shop can't do what every other post office or shop with a post office can do. Absolutely useless and rude.

   Awful. Bad attitude towards anything that isn't a simple scan through the till transaction. Credit cards that require a signature? Issues and attitude. Sending an item abroad via their post office? Issues and attitude. The 2 ladies who I think are the managers in there (blonde hair in a ponytail and brown hair in a pony tail) are normally brilliant, but the others leave a lot be desired customer service wise. More training on how to handle even the basic requests is required.
