All shops should aspire to the level of customer service given here by Mandy! I came into the shop on Saturday to resolve an issue with one of my online purchases from Superior Vapour. Understandably I did need to show proof of purchase and that I had reported the fault when it was still under warranty. Mandy was super helpful and more than resolved the issue by providing me with a brand new alternative replacement and something extra for my inconvenience - thanks again! :)
