Brilliant shop, staff are always very helpful. Dont know how they all put up with all the shoplifters and abuse. I go in the shop on a daily basis and they always make me feel welcome. Always come out smiling and laughing. Great customer service

I been having my parcels sent here thinking they would be safe. I have had no problems until now my husband went up last night for 2 parcels and was told there was only 1 by a women. I then went u and was told the same by another woman I come home and contact the seller and yodal who both said it was there. I got my husband to go up first thing this morning as the info the woman told me did not sim right and yes the parcel was there this morning and when he asked when it got there he was told most of been yesterday as I have had no deliveries this morning .
Glad to say our local MC Colls has been saved from closing ,,staff remain the same people they're all lovely by the way ,,,hope it remains open and running with same staff for many years to come,,,bit pricey but aren't all little local shops to be fair ,,dead handy for them little bits ya forget ,,also sells tobacco products and alcohol along with many household,/food items
I would give them 5 stars if they actually stayed open when they say they are ! Twice now on a Suyou walk all the way to find them closed!

A little peeved, for the past 8yrs, both the McColls in Hartcliffe have been open on Christmas Day, which have been exceptionally helpful everywhere else is closed, and you unexpectedly run out of odds and ends like milk and sugar According to the websites they are indeed down for being open until 11pm. It's only 4:30pm and they're shut.
