   I came into the store today to return a coffee table that is chipping off from the surface due to extremely poor quality. The manager (LUKE) not even listened to us, he made up scenarios that we purposely scratched the table AND PLUS he was rude and AGGRESSIVE and was RAISING HIS VOICE over two single woman. I URGE the ceo of the company to remove such abusive staff from their system. As he can’t just be abusive towards customers. He clearly has anger problems and no communication skills and shouldn’t be dealing with pools.

   Full of stock, nice and tidy, staff in the store seem well prepared and ready to help, even the security guard is friendly and greets people on arrival & says goodbye as they’re leaving. Can’t really fault the place. Wasn’t wowed by anyone or anything in particular, but all round the place is pretty good. Might as well give it 5 stars, seems harsh not to.

   Some really reasonable prices on home decor. Beautiful seat cushion and outdoor furniture. They also sell coffee brands found in TK Maxx. Limited parking space shared with other shops. They have nice quality bath towels as well.

   A large store full of handy household goods, no extra stock in the back when it comes to carpets & cushions unfortunately Purchased a few glass coaters and bowls, two of which have broken or cracked within 3 days. Overall quality of glass goods are unpredictable. The layout of products is a little overwhelming. Not a fan of the strategically placed nik - naks. Being distracted from the main goal of attending this establishment wasn't helpful for time keeping. Larger trolleys are needed.

   Love this store! It's a treasure trove and they always have a good selection. The store keeps changing things around so it's updated regularly and has good space between the aisles. Gets quite busy at the weekends but the service is quick and efficient.

   This weekend I went to HomeSense to buy my Christmas decorations. They have such an amazing selection to choose from. I also purchased a few candles. This store is just awesome, I must of smelt about 30 candles all unique. So much fun!
