   Went in for a pack of 5 coils and was charged £20. My partner went in infinity mist and bought a pack of 5 coils AND 3 vape juices for 20!! I went online to see how much my coils were and it’s £9.57! This business is a rip off! I was served by a young man who had his headphones on the entire time I was in the store. He’s was so blunt and couldn’t be bothered to answer my questions. He didn’t even seem surprised when I went back into the shop to get a refund, it was almost like he was waiting for it. Not going back. Save yourself the money and either buy online or go to infinity mist.

   Bought a leak proof morpheous sub ohm tank that has a damaged seal that leaks, on returning it I have been told they offer NO WARRANTY on tanks whatsoever. But if they had any in stock they would have very generously taken a seal out of the spares pack in another tank but I had the last one. So I assume the reason I have no spare seal in my spare seals bag that came with my tank is because they have already taken it out to give to the last poor soul that spent their hard earned cash in this very badly run establishment. Customer service is not the strongest point of the young girl that handled my complaint today who just grinned at me as I informed her of my intention to contact trading standards. So beware if you intend to shop here especially if your having the last 1 in stock as it's possibly already been robbed of its spares.

   Best vape shop for miles around. Staff are a truly amazing bunch of guys, and girl. Very helpful and knowledgeable and always willing to help. Nothing is too much trouble. Great selection of kits from very reasonable priced starter to top end cloud chaser mods and tanks

   I an not sure about the negative reviews on here but today I visited the shop and was greeted with very helpful and polite staff.The range and quality of the products as well as the knowledge of the staff was outstanding and I actually had a great conversation with the owner who was not arrogant at all.The shop has a full display of tanks filled with different juices to try and I tried quite a few......cheers guys.So many times you can walk into a vape shop where they just want to sell you something,but theses guys actually listened to what I wanted and let me try the products before I purchased them. Keep up the good work guys and hopefully I will come back down and see you again.
