   Ordered a set of beautifully crafted pasta bowls, one unit of which broke in transit (more due to Evri than any fault on Sazy's end!) -- in short, was promptly replaced by Sazy's customer service which is excellent, responsive, and kind. Very impressed with the quality and value of their homeware selection as well as textiles, as we also recently purchased a very comfortable throw blanket from Sazy which now suits our sofa very nicely.

   Never heard of Sazy before so took a risk but ordered a rug in the sale. Super swift and easy delivery and seems like very good quality (though haven’t used it yet as for a new house I’m a few months time). Will definitely order again.

   Would rather go without than order from this company, Ordered green coffee/latte cups, well that's what they advertised them as... They're tiny. They did say small but I see small cups large birdbath type cups so as they had no measurements I give them a go. Now trying to charge me £6.50 to return but it's says free returns. This guy Jermaine from customer service just wants to argue not provide returns procedures, like he gards it with his life. Never again.

   Ordered and requested the items to be delivered within four days, which was organised and then sadly the delivery company messed up and turned the parcel back to Sazy on the day of delivery for some odd reason, and I called Jermaine in the Office who sorted it out and send a replacement which arrived the next day and saved my bacon !! VERY PLEASED with items fabulous quality...Thank you !! Super King Bed Throw "Hazel & Linen, Cotton Bed Throw - Grey"

   Ordered a table runner from them which was poor quality and the size didn’t match the website description. Got the item refunded and they charged me a postage fee to refund even though incisive sent this cheaper myself using a different service. Will not be bothering with these again

   Horrible customer service. I bought a stool and a week ago arrived (see pictures) I wrote an email to them to let them know about the faulty item, they answered and that's it ! A week later and I don't have any solution and neither my money back.
