Fantastic experience, would not hesitate to come back. The kids had an amazing time made better by the attention and fun provided by Mae, she was brilliant with them.

Play structure is brilliant and they have a good menu at the pub. But the play area is so fusty and stuffy as there are no windows. It is hot, damp smelling and uncomfortable. Also, the snacks in the play area are 100% junk and UPFs. Such a shame as it has so much potential. Just needs a snack rethink and some ventilation to keep everyone healthy.

Friendly attentive staff are an asset but it does feel crowded and grubby, needs a good clean and new crockery, as everything old and quite tea stained! It is a good size to be able to let even toddlers play quite independently if they want and still keep an eye on them.
Great place to bring the kids and let them blow off some steam for an hour or 2. My 5 & 3 year old absolutely love it. It’s clean and tidy and the perfect size as you can let the kids run free whilst keeping an eye on them. The staff are helpful and friendly, and Helen and Courtney always look after us well. Highly recommend this place
Visited the wacky warehouse, great fun, kids loved it, reasonable prices, all good fun. The cake and coffee deal is not bad at all. The staff were all nice and friendly.
Bad experience, no customer service, not even to just say "I will be with you in a sec!". Unable to eat hot food in the soft play area at the tables while kids are playing. Which is the whole point of taking them to wacky warehouse pub. Shame I think it's just the lack of staff! The employee said that management has stopped this service. The Kids enjoyed themselves though.
Love this place! Kids have a great time and the staff are super friendly. Drinks, delicious cakes and snacks are also available at a reasonable price.
