Really good day out. Boys and Grandad loved it. Few winners to make the day go by. The weather wasn’t good and particularly windy. Made us think for the next visit. Tickets inside as opposed to the roof terrace. In the summer roof terrace would be incredible. Views of the course and the finish line. Own bar and seats, it just makes sense. We had a brilliant day, weather aside.

Good local venue, not too busy today but good facilities to enjoy a days racing

I hadn't been to Bath races for many years so opted for a package involving access to a an exclusive area which included 90 minutes of free drinks (not including spirits) and a sweet and savoury meal. From the moment we arrived at the turnstiles we were welcomed by a helpful gentleman who explained where we needed to go. We found the entrance to the area and took the lift up to where we were for the day. On arrival at our place we were greated by a friendly lady called Lynn who was our hostess for the day. We were upgraded to executive box 9, which was a spacious and very beautiful looking room. To one side a window overlooked the parade ring, but the real highlight was a private balcony that overlooked the finishing line, but you could also see the full course from here too. We were given our drinks, I had bottles of Poretti and my friend was given a bottle of prosecco, both drinks perfectly chilled but we also had an ice bucket to keep our drinks chilled. Once we were ready Lynn bought over our food, it was so lovely including ham, cheese, pork pie, scotch eggs, salad, bread roll and a large bowl of crisps It filled a large plate and was just the right size for the occasion. Lynn was always on hand to clear away plates or used bottles, and ensured we always had whatever we required. A really helpful gentleman was in the tote sales point, not being an expert about betting he explained all the we needed to know to get by. We received a complimentary race card that was full of useful information - though I only picked one winner, though my friend was much more successful than me. On departure we were given a pleasant farewell which ended the perfect day out. We travelled by train to Bath Spa and got the special bus to the racecourse, it was Β£6 return. The bus stop was a short distance from the train station and dropped off a very short walk to the entrance turnstiles at the racecourse. On return the bus picked up from the same spot, we didn't have to queue long for the return and dropped off very close to the station

A cracking night at Bath Races! Me plus four friends headed up for the Friday evening meeting, which featured some fairly low-grade stuff on the card β€” but that didn’t take away from the excitement. We saw a few close finishes and even managed to pick out a couple of winners between us, which always helps! What really stood out was how reasonably priced everything was. The food stalls and bars were excellent value, and the range on offer hit the spot. There was live music afterwards which, while a little hit and miss, added to the overall atmosphere of a very enjoyable evening. Bath Racecourse is one of those charming, characterful venues that represent the very best of entry-level live sport in the UK. From the friendly old boy on the turnstile when we arrived, to the bucket shakers giving us a cheerful send-off, the whole experience was welcoming and good-natured. It’s been around 25 years since I last visited Bath Races, and I really hope it won’t be another 25 before I’m back. An inexpensive and thoroughly entertaining evening in a picture-postcard setting. Highly recommended!

We recently went to the Brit Pop evening. It was a fantastic day from start to finish. The staff were excellent, from the moment we arrived, with carefully guided, free parking, to the staff on the gates, and throughout the establishment. The racecourse is set out in beautiful surroundings. There are lots of eating and drinking outlets, including a cafe for tea, coffee, and delicious sandwiches. The pizza, at the pizza was tasty. The entertainment was great afterwards, lasting an hour and a half. It was straightforward getting back to the car. . We will definitely be back to visit again.

Great race place ,nice main stand.easy parking, 10 minutes from M4 junction 18, 5 minutes from Bath, 30 minutes from Bristol. Main toilets could do with a revamp.

Really lovely race course and nice and set out, so it’s easy to have a good view of the races. Plenty of places to eat and drink inside and outside.,

Went for my Covid booster, while I was there had a quick look around the course. Very smart - looks a good course. Also as you approach is an open Golf course was quite busy on that day. There are refreshments there and plenty of parking. Enjoy if you visit. (Not necessarily for Injections!!). Was interesting to me as I never knew Bath had a race-course and I've been many times to Bath over the years!!

Races followed by James gig. Nice course, good day out, usual palava around "no food and drink" so you have to pay over Β£2 for a small bottle of water

Had a brilliant day here which was helped by taking a bit of money of the course bookmakers. The course is beautiful and caters for everyone. We spent the day in the rooftop garden and it was well worth the little extra it cost. Would recommend to everyone who loves a day out at the races.
