Large free car park which is always a good start! Lovely cafe and toilets available beside car park. The crannog children's play park was really good for big and small kids with plenty to do. Beautiful walks around Lochend loch and also through the different wooded areas surrounding the loch. Walking around the loch was flat and great for buggys and small kids.

Great for dog walking, joggers or just for a leisurely walk round. The lake. Cafe in the centre where dogs are welcome inside and out. Seating areas outside.

This park is even more beautiful in person than it appears in photos — I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The diversity of wildlife and plant life is remarkable; in some areas, it feels like you’ve wandered into a botanical garden. When I visited, I saw many swans nesting on their eggs, which was such a beautiful and peaceful sight. There are numerous trails that lead into serene wooded areas, along with several charming little lakes. The park also features a fantastic playground that’s perfect for children. There's plenty of benches to relax on, convenient facilities, and even an ice cream van waiting to treat you. Ample parking makes the visit hassle-free. A truly lovely spot to spend some time in nature!!

Lovely country park with some shorter walks around the loch or longer walks of you want to incorporate the woodland or other sections of the seven lochs area. There are two playparks, one designed for smaller children and a larger wooden fort with rope swings, climbing frames and flying fox for older children. Great place to walk, run or cycle and the park is really well kept with lots of wildlife. Also a cafe with access to toilets when open. Car park can become very crowded on sunny weekends.

This is a fantastic country park with loads of paths for walking and exploring! Lakes with loads of sucks, swans, geese and other birds. Amazing play areas for the kids. Visitor centre with tea coffee and snacks. Loads of parking. Best bit is exploring the woods on the far side.

Nice park to stretch the little ones legs around Lochend Loch. Lots of parking and easy access to a path that will take you around the perimeter of the park. The Loch has plenty of Swans an Geese. Plenty of Picnic tables along the way. We went to the “Crannog” park which my little fella really enjoyed, it was well later out and one of the best parks I have come across in the area. We finished our little trip with a visit to the Icecream Van. Looked a great place for a walk or run, I did see a lot of dogs being walked also.

Really enjoyed this country park. Has a really big modern play area at one side and another play park across the loch. Lots of woodland walks as well!
