Beautiful, got to see the UK’s rare Swan - Whooper Swan. Good for walk and cycling. There is a small coffee and sandwich truck also to keep yourself warm.

Hogganfield Park is a nice green space in Glasgow, perfect for those looking to escape the city without going too far. The loch at the centre of the park is home to a variety of birds, making it a peaceful spot for nature lovers and families alike. The wide open spaces, well-kept grassy areas, and scenic walking routes offer a relaxing experience for joggers, dog walkers, and picnickers. The park is generally clean and safe, and the presence of benches and viewing points adds to its charm. There’s also a small play area for children and ample parking available, which is convenient for visitors arriving by car. However, one important improvement would be the addition of a proper walking path around the parking area, especially for disabled visitors. Currently, accessibility in that section of the park is limited, and a dedicated, level path would make a big difference in ensuring the park is truly inclusive for all. Overall, Hogganfield Park is a lovely spot for a day out, but a few thoughtful upgrades would make it even better and more welcoming for everyone

It's a wonderful place for walking, including dog walking, and enjoying sunrises and sunsets; I appreciate the ducks and swans and I hope people will treat them with more respect. However, improved cleanliness, more seating, public restrooms, and food and beverage options would enhance the experience.

The park is nice for a walk or picnic in not rainy days. There’s a takeaway coffee cabin but no food, so be prepared to bring snack if you like. The nature is amazing and so are the animals!

Lovely for a scenic walk, especially if you like swans and ducks, of which there are plenty. Facilities; Limited parking for how busy it gets and will often have to wait, there is a beverage hut in the car park though. No toilets to be found which isn't great. I wouldn't bother going specifically for the older children's park, zip wire has been removed as has swings. Not much there apart from a small climbing frame, small web climber and an old boat on springs. If you have toddlers though the seperate play park for them of sufficiently equipt.
