   I came over to the Harlow shop last Saturday and purchased a lot of items given I have a new build. When I went to pay at the till, I had an empty suitcase to put all the stuff in it once paid, given I had to carry it back without a car. Because I had quite a few items and I asked the girls behind the till to wrap the fragile stuff while I put it in my suitcase, it took a few minutes and the young woman assisting me kept stopping to talk to the customer at the other till. Then she and her colleagues started rushing me and they had a terrible attitude towards me, making me feel like they wanted to get rid of me fast because there was a queue. So much so, that not even a "thank you" as I left the till and I was only polite to them. As I walked towards the door, another sales girl then came to tell me I forgot an item behind (they had forgotten it on the desk behind the till with their panic!). That's when I told her that they seemed rushed to get rid of me but she literally just walked away not even listening to what I was saying, again without a thank you. They all looked so miserable and unhappy to be there, not even a mere smile. I felt like an alien... It's not like I'm less of a customer than others because I needed more time at the till and I actually spent quite some money. The only helpful sales girl was a blonde lady with a non-British accent (sorry tried to look for the name but none of them were wearing name tags!) I should have shopped at Marks and Spencer where I've always been treated respectfully! For next time...
