   A wide range of products including furniture you’d expect to see at The Range. A portion of the store has now become Iceland. One frustrating thing is that staff are hit and miss while some may help, the others simply are not interested at all. Many of the items that are advised as being in stock invariably are not so be aware if making the journey for a product as it may not be available despite what it states on their website. I have also had items scan at different prices to the ticket (correct label) and staff have been simply disinterested and stated that it is what it scans as regardless of what is advertised.

   Lovely store. Went to buy few home ornaments but found it full of Christmas stuff. Nice for xmas decor. I bought a beautiful lamp only £40 same as a jhon Lewis one that's £130. Really nice items.. will go back in new year after Xmas...

   Very messy store. Annoying to find products with no price tags. Would help to know how much I’m paying. Staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing, very unapproachable and quite rude to be honest. Don’t play on going again anytime soon, due to my bad experience :(

   I came into store yesterday to buy some Christmas lights, and I was met by a man called Mick, absolute gem! I suffer anxiety and he really helped me a lot. He helped me find the correct lights and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. and was so nice to my daughter he reminds me of the dad I never had. He was lovely! And when I went to pay, I was met by a lovely lady called Karen, she was a gem too. So smiley and polite! I’ve never left a shop and felt so happy! Thank you again! I will be back soon to get more bits. Can I add how organised your store is too! Amazing prices. If you want politeness defo go to this store ! Thank you again :)

   It is really disappointing when we go for shopping and there are sooo many items with missing price tags. We have to search and wait for "a colleague" to tell us what the prices are. I am doubtful if they save from printing paper. Worst place ever!

   Nice shop with great variety. But one thing I find really, really irritating is there are a LOT of missing prices in the aisle. I don't buy things if I can't find the price. And we can't be asking the staff every 5 seconds. I really hope they work on that.

   Shop floor is a total mess, especially on the top floor. Store management should be ashamed of themselves. Lots of products are strewn all over the shelf and floor. Many products are without price tags and hardly any visible staff to ask. Had to go onto the Range website just to do price checks, in the end I got fed up and left to buy my products from Wilko. This Romford store is disorganised, chaotic and very sad to see what could be a great store being run in this state. On a good note there are a great range of products, it's in a good location with lots of accessible parking. If the store manager or area manager is reading this please tidy the store and make sure items have prices visible as you'd probably have more sales.

   A nice store with a wide variety of stuff. Too many items are not priced however and it's annoying to keep having to ask how much things are. Parking is directly outside and is pay-as-you-park.

   I prefer this store to the one at Lakeside. It seems so much more open and organised. Rachel at customer services was so polite, friendly and helpful which just makes your shopping experience so much better. They also now have an Iceland in store too.
