Massive queue and not enough staff (one worker was altering the sales plan near the till yet didn’t seem to have any interest in helping the queue of 20+ people go down). As someone who also works in retail myself I don’t understand why she couldn’t help and then return to her other job. Usually love the range but this experience disappointed me
Worst Range store I've every entered. So many items have no prices or ticket on display. Stock was a mess majority of aisles you walked down. Lady on the checkout was nice but all other staff seemed to be standing around talking in little groups not much work being done.
Never anyone on the tills and always long queues. My experience wasn’t great, but there was another gentleman at customer service who had it even worse. The staff clearly aren’t trained to deal with issues, and overall it was very disappointing.
Downstairs is great, upstairs is a mess. Teenagers running rampant through the christmas section, running into people, shelves left untidy and cluttered. They definitely need more cashiers in the run up to christmas as queueing for 20+ mins is not great.
I generally like this store. Good selection of all household products plus the blingey bits for your house..... But service is terrible only two tills working. And o so slow. And when there is no bar code and they put a call out for someone to come it takes ages. And all the time the queue just gets longer. Pehaps it would be better especially when it's busy to open all the tills to keep customers Moveing...
The store and cafe are great but the toilets are disgusting,according to the rota last cleaned october 22! I pointed this out to a Manager and he assured me they were cleaned daily. I went back the following day for some more items and again used the loo, well the Costa cup i left the day before was still on top of the open bin ,the sinkes are filthy as well as the toilet bowls as well, Hope the Ladies is better,also the toilets need to be redone as all floors are cracked and danger tape all-over
Good "range" of things .. what i wanted was out of stock :( However, it's definitely worth the visit. You won't be disappointed!
Lots of household items to search through. Clean and tidy store. Assistants very helpful too.
The Range Thurrock A brilliant store with so many different variations of items. From sofas - kitchen appliances - christmas/garden decorations and furniture. I often visit this store for inspiration on arts and crafts. Affordable prices and also has branded goods.
The Christmas display is wonderful having the 2 floors you can see the displays better was really impressive haven't been to that particular store for 2years or more managed to get everything we went in for
