Sales people are a nightmare... they follow you around as if you've stolen the crown jewels ....quite laughable....i felt like i was on a counter surveillance mission around the store. So obvious it was the end of the month and desperate to get their sales figures up. Other furniture stores had salespeople on call but who respected your space. I know they're just doing a job but come on!! Felt like i should dive quickly into the bedding area do a combat roll to escape them. :) they need some proper professional sales training and "engage" not track the potential client.

Really great experience from the offset, we went into store twice and on both occasions we were served by Jeanette who guided us through the process and helped us make the right choice. All of the staff were very friendly and made a fuss of our little dog which was really sweet. Really happy with the service we received and very excited to receive our new furniture! 10/10 would recommend this store and especially Jeanette!

Visited store and in process of ordering furniture. Unfortunately I couldn't accommodate the 3 delivery option dates for £10. Requested alternative dates but told none available and to have an alternative delivery date this would incur a additional cost of £69! I chose not to proceed with the order and on this basis I won't be returning to the store again
CONSUMERS BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY NOT DELIVER YOUR GOODS FOR MONTHS AND FAIL TO REPLACE FAULTY ITEMS. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER AFTER CARE. T his is my 2nd review as I can not get through to this company customer services. My elderly parents paid in full for new furniture back in October 2021. Eventually their order was delivered in February after many phone calls and emails. However the dining table was faulty and after many more phone calls and emails they were promised a new table was being delivered yesterday 03/03/2022 between 03.30pm and 06.30pm. At 06.10pm they received a text message to say they were unable to fulfill the delivery. I would advise anyone not to use this company they have not after care service and they are liars. We have even emailed the CEO of the company but he doesn't even care. My parents are in their 80's and are being treated with no respect being lied to and fobbed off by everyone they eventually get to speak with. So any consumers beware once this company have your money they are not interested in you or the faulty goods they leave you with
Brought our modular sofa from oak land furniture an got to say its one of the most uncomfortable ones I've ever sat one, when you sit in it you disappear into it makes it extremely uncomfortable to sit on, I've now had to put sheets of ply board underneath the seat cushions to stop me disappearing to the deck so unhappy about it
