   Only been in there once, to ask if there was a post office outlet in Portishead... The lady said, not at the moment.. But one was due to open in the High street. (it has opened since, which is so helpful.. The closest to portishead was either Clevedon or Pill)

   This hall is a wonderful community hub! It was beautifully decorated and filled with festive cheer during the Christmas Mass, and the Community Market was a great way to support local vendors. The space is small but versatile, making it perfect for various events

   Booked this up for my engagement party and I was very disappointed! Poor communication and planning when it came to our engagement party. Special what we paid for the venue we was very shocked with the services we received definitely will not be booking here again for any event in future. Was promised one thing when booking up when it actually come to event they never come true with what we was promised when we booked it!

   Freezing cold. No discernible heating, just cold air blowing from the curtained area in front of the windows. Unbelievably the warmest place was in the entrance to the gents toilet. When is North Somerset Council going to rectify this never-ending problem?

   Poor communication and planning when it came to a recent event that we had here. Shame as the venue is huge and brilliant for hosting a fabulous party here. Accommodating the needs we wanted to ensure our event was a success. Quite a pricey hire therefore ensure all the details and plans are finalised accordingly and second them with other liaisons for the company.

   Very well appointed and planned meeting place for all kinds of large or smaller events. Adequate sound system lighting etc, not on a par with some very up to date halls but OK. Clean warm plenty of chairs.
