   Absolutely the worst Insurance broker I've dealt with in 51 years, took a policy out for £92, bike was insured less than 5 months, cancelled because they wanted an astronomical price to do a change of cover then wanted an additional £12 to cancel so effectively £104 for less than 5 months which was sent in an e-mail when the telephone agent said no refund or payment due... -- AVOID like the plague is my advice, I will never deal with them again - EVER, and am sending all the details to the Insurance ombudsman

   Notified of change of address, they wanted jut over £100 to do this on a policy only taken out 4 months ago for £128 - and they were lippy with it. So I cancelled, took out a new policy somewhere else, rang them back to cancel - this time they gave me back £49 (different person) - lesson is don't change address with them - go to someone else and get a new policy for full 12 months (at £115 it was also cheaper with the refund). Then go back and cancel and leave a review of your experience so that others go somewhere else also (only firm today to take the mickey for changing address)

   Useless company that can't communicate properly. I jumped through all the hoops for an agreed policy, sent information signed for post, they say they've sent out my policy, not yet received by me and then they ask for the same information again. Emailed them to call me to resolve and guess what,,,no communication. Get a grip Devitt and if you bother to read this,,,,call me!!!!

   Very Disappointing. Beware. Took out policy for my vintage bike that I even rarely use and didn’t realise they wanted proof of everything, never had this in forty years of motoring. Wouldn’t have used them if I’d known this.Went on holiday afterwards which is when I received emails telling me they would cancel my policy if I didn’t get documents through to them. Didn’t have the I.T technology to get the required back to them fast enough by which time they told me they had cancelled the policy and were keeping three quarters of my fee for admin. Hadn’t even used the bike by this time. Have sent all the required information now apologising but have heard nothing back.

   Easy to use got on to them via comparison sight. Got every thing i need recovery brake down ncb protect legal and persanal euro travle etc. Spoke with opp on phone very clear and helpfull. Happy to inshure my 1290 sas with devitt. Did haw ever have to send my ncb in and a photo of my licance. But seems to be the norm now.

   Very straightforward process to get up and running with the new policy and very happy with the price and content. Cover has all the bits we like such as riding another bike with permissions and so on and good value on the optionals like breakdown, etc. So far, very happy. Hopefully I wont need to make a claim, touch wood, but the contact process has been pretty painless so far :)

   Quick easy transaction. Always informed about any changes or offers which could help with my insurance. Good balance with price compare to the others in the market. Online account , which is much easy to communicate or do any changes. Customer service team always ready to help. Hope I will never need to call in apart than add EU travel or renew for another year.
