   I've never used an insurance broker before but when I found myself in need of some slightly complicated public liability insurance, it wasn't something I could find myself. Brents were able to secure a really fantastic insurance policy, covering everything I needed and more, and the cost was far more reasonable than anything I'd come close to finding on my own. I could not recommend them highly enough. I wish I hadn't wasted so many hours trying to do this myself now. Highly recommend!

   I don't normally do these reviews. My father has been using this company for over 50 years (he's 91). He was just about to renew his car insurance at £2200 when I suggested adding me on. He called Beverley who advised it would increase his premium substantially. I spoke to her and she advised the same but when I persisted, she quoted £1100 and seems surprised. Surely the point of using a broker is to get the best deal/advice. Apologies that it's cut your commission in half.

   I have recently been in touch with Andy Jones and his team. Brents are chartered insurance brokers, which means they are qualified to give you the correct advise on which type of insurance you need. I have used Brents several times over the course of the year and also recommended them to family, friends and other businesses. At Brents you get a personal service which is unlike online companies, someone is always available to talk to you in person when you visit their offices or they will even come to your place of work which to me is going the extra mile. I have no hesitation in recommending Andy Jones and his super efficient team.
