Really nice gym with treadmills by large windows with a decent view. Good range of machined and helpful staff.

Lovely staff, always friendly and super helpful. The gym and changing rooms are always really clean and stocked full of loads of different kinds of equipment. The classes are always really informative and the instructors always make you feel fully supported with lots of different levels and equipment to use. Canβt express how much I love this particular gym and more importantly how safe it feels

If you lack confidence to go to a place like this...this place is great. Friendly. Good services. Good pool, though it does use chlorine, as most pools do. Gym's good & they're ready for you, no matter hat your level of fitness.

Lovely staff team, there's one lady in particular but annoyingly I can't remember her name!! But she is so so wonderful and kind, always smiling and really makes you feel welcome. She's a real asset to the leisure centre. She's mostly on the front when I see her. Short blonde/silver hair, just would love to get her some recognition, her name maybe Nicola, I'm not to sure. But thank you for always making our visits so lovely.

Been using the gym/pool/sauna here more or less every day for the last 18 months and it's never let me down. Excellent value and the staff are all really friendly. It would be great if they could make the showers/water fountain by the sauna cold though as these are both pretty lukewarm and not great for using after the sauna etc.

This looks how you'd think a pool in Chernobyl would have looked around 1987. Rusty, poorly laid out, totally unusable family changing rooms, but most of all - freezing cold water in the big and small pools. Every kid in the small pool including my own was blue after around 20 minutes swimming. We know the price of energy has gone up, but please use some of our taxes to apply that energy to the water in the pool.

Donβt bother with kids swimming lessons. Too many children in the class. The instructors donβt teach the kids anything. They are supposed to update the online portal to show how your kids progressing. I havenβt had an update for 4 months. Even after talking to the staff about these problems, nothing has been resolved. I am now in the process of cancelling the lessons.

I feels like they are running this place into the ground. Dirty, cold and starting to fall apart. The pool is freezing. My kids are pretty resilient but it is so cold that my 3 year old, very confident swimmer who used to love a dip, now refuses to put her ears in the water and has been put off swimming at all. I saw many kids get in then get out (likely never to return). Even adults were squealing after getting in. Unless you are there first thing, the changing rooms are revolting. They seem to have stopped cleaning the softplay and our family ended up getting conjunctivitis after not listening to our better judgement and going in. The cafe only serves instant coffee and the odd muffin... if you can even find someone to serve you. Even the lifts are shut off to save money. They will switch them on for people who are visibly disabled but many disabilities are invisible. Feels like they are so focused on saving every penny they are pushing people away. We've started travelling a bit further to use a different pool. Such a pity after so much was spent on the place, but I don't see much of a future under this management. Don't even get me started on the 'Better' app. Almost impossible to book anything even if you wanted to!

Everytime we go we kid ourselves that the kids pool will be warmer. Then 30 minutes or so we have to get out because the kids have blue lips. The pool itself is nice clean and large but it's just too cold. Back to Bath I guess

Really impressive leisure centre. Easy to book, loads of classes and activities, with massive carpark right next door. Pool is spotless and modern, with a main and a small pool.
