I've had a really positive, respectful and thorough experience with Bristol Law Centre on a few occasions. Each time I've spoken to Kulveer - the first time he didn't even have to give me much of his time but he was patient, empathetic and spoke to me at length about the issues I was facing and sent me signposting info even though I wasn't even yet a client. I was so grateful to be offered more support and kindness than I even had been at times as a service user with other organisations. The third time I spoke to him - he reached out to me to offer me support for an upcoming tribunal. This was very well remembered by him and given my disability and memory issues; really appreciated. Thank you for going above and beyond, it really does make all the difference.

Despite being unable to take on my case, the team was exceptionally professional, prompt, and honest about their capacity. Their integrity and good-faith communication were invaluable and a welcome example of how legal services should operate. An asset to marginalised people in Bristol.

I believe Andy King no longer works here but he was brilliant at helping me with my PIP tribunal case in 2020 and with follow up advice in 2021. It was a great help to have his free solicitation during a physically and mentally taxing time in my life. He took the caseload and made my life a lot lighter. The result was what I was hoping for from the DWP and I couldn't be more grateful to the Bristol Law Center for their past assistance with this.

Uncaring group of solicitors that are lead to by advice from citizens advice and government advice. They have been rude enough to not reply to emails and answer the phone. Under staffed, under supported. Very unimpressive cold hearted receptionist as a homeless person seeking their legal advice and be told to basically go away. Very poor service for those in dire need and no real justice for those without the finance to take it to a charging solicitor. I would give minus 100 stars..

Despite so many services being oversubscribed they were able to really listen and help me as best as they could. The person I spoke to yesterday was able to support me as best as they could and I've been able to go and find more support through their steering. Thank you so much

can I sue sina.com for failure to pay money gained through playing their game , (solitaire sea) & watching ALL the ADVERTS. There site states payment will be made to PAYPAL via your Email /login, WITHIN 72hrs I MADE MY FIRST CLAIM ON 27/04/21 HAVE RECEAVED ZERO, despite Emails wanting an explanation for failure to pay out .

Helpful and knowledgeable. Send them as much info as you can prior to your allotted phone time as this will save time. An essential service as it seems impossible to get Legal Aid any more.

Got off to a bad start with these guys. Quite a few break downs in communication including being asked to take a "walking test" without an explanation as to why and was called in for a meeting that the Benefits Adviser knew nothing about! In the week before my PIP Tribunal, my representative, Matt, was absolutely brilliant. Professional, friendly and very reassuring - a huge credit to the company!
