   Abysmal conduct today open time is 9.00 am shop never opened until 10.15 myself and another customer approached the cash desk only to be met with cashier walking away into back shop waited for 10 minutes no one came to cash desk contacted head office in Hammersmith to be met with silence when complained about treatment asked three times if they deemed the conduct acceptable still met with silence what sort of company is this bunch running

   Went to this shop for a repeat product on Saturday afternoon 16/12/2023. Asked shop assistant for product.She told me they don't sell it. I informed her that I have had it on numerous occasions before. She then proceeds to shout to her colleague who is at the top of a ladder at the far end of the shop if they sold this product.As this product is of a private nature I got embarrassed. She searched on her laptop and told me the product I was looking for was called something else. I told her that was the medical name of the product not the brand name. I happened to look at the next aisle and lo and behold on the shelf there was at least half a dozen bottles of the product clearly marked by the name I had asked for. I asked the assistant what did it say on the bottles, she replied " I'm not going stand here and argue with you " Let me say this, there was no argument from me. Her attitude was off from the outset. She clearly does not know her products or how to deal with customers respectfully. The outcome was that i walked out of the shop with a view to never going back. Fortunately there are more Holland & Barrett shops where the staff are much more knowledgeable and friendly making it a very pleasant shopping experience. Regards to whom it may concern HC

   Staff need to change there attitude, absolutely disgraceful went in for my dad looking for Vitamin E tablets asked them where they are. Got dirty look from there member of staff one of them was having there lunch beside the cash desk the other member came over point them out to me I asked her question she said that's them there and walks off. Not very helpful won't be back there.
