   Terrible customer service. Me and mum went into the shop today to get a few things. Didn’t notice the limit of the people in the shop (which is on the sliding door), you cannot see this sign when the door opens. One of the employees shouted at my mum in an ill manner. Never mind the customers which shop there, very very rude from both parties.

   My husband went recently and came away very upset. He wore his mask, hesitated at the door to make sure he was following distancing rules. He got a raised voice from the till lady saying only so many allowed in at one time. He tried to be polite in saying he couldn't see how many were in from the doorway. Shortly after (guess till worker had called manager). Manager came and in another raised voice told him to leave and wait till someone left! He got no chance to explain himself. Needless to say we and other famiky members and friends will not be using that shop ever again. Staff were extremely rude and besides there are many other shops who are nothing but friendly and helpful

   Very bad behaviour from staffs for no specific reason at all. I felt very much humiliated and never thought of receiving such awkward behaviour from a counter staff like that. All I asked why the man who was serving me behaving so strange!! I was said to get out of the shop and also they can refuse to give me my shopping. As a customer I felt very sad and truly humiliated. This is very critical time for everybody. But receiving behaviour like this for no reason is unexpected and I definitely will never be back to that store anymore. The staffs are ridiculously unprofessional and doesn't know minimum amount of Customer Service. Shop Manager should look into this.

   Staff really need training in Customer Service. Will never return to the shop again. I will also tell my friends and family. I have also put a complaint in to the Co-OP customer service.
