   Was served by a very rude member of staff, an older lady with blonde hair. Didn't say hello, dropped my money no apology made me get it back for her, no thank you, telling me price, any basic customer service and glared at me as if I'm an inconvenience for buying my items at the till.

   Whilst visiting this store on sunday night . I was had a very near miss with a electric bike . The delivery driver came full speed right into the store nearly missing me . And when i complained to the security guy i was given a rude mouth full of abuse . Telling me i was stopping the guy doing his job. I have tryed to email the store and phone but no reply . H&s practise out the window .thankfully no one was hurt . But i did leave the store shaken

   They’d ID you in here for buying a pint of milk if they could. Staff lack any common sense and never remember regular customers. Every time I dare to go in here to buy an energy drink and don’t have my ID, they refuse to sell it to me despite me being in the store at least once a week and having the same argument with them over and over. I avoid now and go elsewhere.

   Yep here we go again, Wee ginger munchkin at it again. No matter where I look up down left or right. Always making me feel uncomfortable. It's fine I spend a lot of money in here. Just started using other shops. Weight of my shoulders. Shame because most of the other staff are very helpful and polite.

   Got stuck in late football traffic and don't know the area . Due my baby in a weeks time and this was the first shop I came across . Didn't catch the guys name but he let me use the staff toilet , never been so grateful in all my life! Thank you so much!

   I was shopping with this store in Mount Florida, cathcart road Glasgow, @ 5pm 5/09/2022 Scotland. But when instore i feel very uncomfortable about the same male member of staff staring at me when shopping making me feel like im a shoplifter and following me about the store and standing at door looking at me, when i pass, i have had this guy do this before and i left a complaint on google review about him and shall be leaving it again, me and my wife shop there often and have club cards but will be going elsewhere and advising others to do the same too via social media and local news outlets. Very disappointed in this guy something needs to be done about him as this is happening to other people i know too that visit that store. But can asure you it will be the last.

   Great store, mostly polite and helpful staff well balanced prices . Would have got 5 stars if it wasn't for the wee red headed munchkin about 20/25... Acts like shes been forced into slave labour. Never a polite smile or a friendly voice when asking for advise. On more than one occasion myself and other customers have heard her make a rude comment on a customers physical appearance with a smile to other members of staff in their defence they dont involve themselves. I actually dread coming in for my groceries i look in window if i see her i just leave it till next day or walk up to battlefied ..
