    Man behind the counter was unfriendly. Made me change tills. Then made me wait whilst he dried trays. A very poor representative of scotmid.

    There are some lovely staff here who go out of their way to provide a great service. Unfortunately there is one young girl, who doesn't even say please or thank you. Very abrupt one word answers. Not asking her to be the life and soul of the shop but just some common courtesy and manners would be nice.
