   If you don't like dealing with voicemail, computers and robots and being told to go on to 'www... then this is the company for you. FANTASTIC personal service. Grant evens remembers my name everytime our renewal is due (it could be my Brummie accent and our Spex shops daft name!) And they also have superb rates- better than anyone else. So forget the likes of 'compare the meercat' and deal with a proper traditional company- which answers the telephone and speaks to you!
